Paul Stricklin has thirty plus years experience in all phases of mechanical systems and electronic technology. He has a B.S. degree in Electronic Optics from the University of Houston at Clear Lake. Paul has ten years experience as a Systems Engineer with Intergraph Corporation serving at NASA (Johnson Space Center), where he was involved in projects from control systems testing to test design simulation, two years concentrated experience repairing and calibrating control systems at various chemical plants in Houston - Beaumont area, and experience installing, calibrating and repairing Grain Weighing Systems along the Gulf Coast and in Central and Northern Mexico.
Paul started with HVAC Systems Balancing, Int. in 1987 and was responsible as the technical manager, field engineer for TAB services and Quality Control manager. He has served as technical consultant in the development of Stairwell Safety Testing and other space pressurization methods in new residential high-rise construction; retrofitting and conversion of existing commercial high-rise structures into custom residential units. He oversaw data collection, verified data/trend recording methods and analysis, completes air and water balance reports, and verifies installation and operation of HVAC systems.
Paul is highly qualified in Air and Hydronic Systems; Sound and Vibration monitoring and testing; Building Systems Commissioning; and LEEDS Compliance Planning, Coordination and Testing.
Luis has 25+ years of experience in Air & Water Balance and crew leader for 20 years. Luis has been trained in Air & Water balance. He makes sure proper personnel are scheduled for each project, stays in contact with the appropriate contacts through job completion until TAB report approval. He contacts each crew daily on the progress of the jobs. Luis reviews all incoming prints & submittal data for new projects, prepares preliminary paper work for job folders. At project completion checks all job folders for completeness and verifies proper procedures and testing were used on projects.
Gary has 21+ years of experience in Air & Water Balance and crew leader for 16 years. Gary has been trained in all aspects of TAB work and related functions. He currently schedules fieldwork, tracks job progress and verifies scope of work for each project. Works closely with QC Manager to verify all needed instruments for TAB work are available. Gary makes sure proper personnel are scheduled for each project. He stays in contact with the appropriate contacts through job completion until TAB report approval. He contacts each crew daily on the progress of the jobs.
